Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporate Identity and Branding, previously known as Corporate Graphics International, is seeking a new Account Manager to join the team! In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of customer programs for in-house processes.
Your Shift:
  • Monday – Friday flexible from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate conference calls and presentations of products or tools available to the customer.
  • Proactively work with both external and internal groups.
  • Manage multiple account projects.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and service their account as specified.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with customers to meet quality expectations.
You Must Have:
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • A customer service mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
