What You Will Get To Do:
  • Review clients’ financial information (financial statements, trial balances, etc.) and identify and record any necessary book-to-tax adjustments
  • Calculate taxable income and prepare partnership tax allocations for hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds and other alternative investment funds
  • Research various tax issues and correspond with clients on them
  • Correspond with IRS and state tax authorities
  • Prepare Schedule K-1’s, Schedule K-1 equivalents, tax estimates and other tax reporting for clients’ investors
  • Prepare international U.S. tax forms (i.e., Form 5471, 8621, 8858, 8865)
  • Calculate federal and state withholding tax payments and prepare related withholding tax forms
  • Prepare federal and state partnership and corporate income tax returns using GoSystems
What You Will Bring:
  • Prepare Schedule K-1’s, Schedule K-1 equivalents, tax estimates and other tax reporting for clients’ investors
  • Prepare federal and state partnership and corporate income tax returns using GoSystems
  • Calculate federal and state withholding tax payments and prepare related withholding tax forms
  • Calculate taxable income and prepare partnership tax allocations for hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds and other alternative investment funds
