Your Impact:


Our team has an immediate need for an Entry Level Project Coordinator in our Nashville, TN office. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative support tasks for project managers and area leadership including staff onboarding and support, office management, proposal support, and internal/external event and meeting coordination. This position will also serve in key roles by working with operations and sales staff to produce strategically focused, professional-looking documents such as proposals or client deliverables. Under the guidance of senior staff, you will support key marketing initiatives and focus on coordination and production of compliant and timely deliverables. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and demonstrates responsibility for meeting deadlines and following through on commitments.

  • Sets up and maintains files, refers callers, arranges meetings and conferences, receives, refers and answers mail
  • Performs a variety of administrative/clerical tasks in functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or for a specific business or technical unit.
  • Compiles and generates reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
  • Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide marketing support to geography sales and global sales operation functions
  • Coordinate and develop sales documents such as proposals, including developing content; will require interfacing with project managers, graphic designers, and desktop publishing support staff to deliver content that meets schedule and delivery requirements.
  • Gathers, compiles, tracks and reports on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources
  • Reviews drafts and finished documents for grammar usage

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, communication, technical, or other related field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting preferred
  • Must be organized, able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects, and work under tight deadlines
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
