• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively, along with a thirst to learn and achieve continuous improvement in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and implement the basic design components of the delivery of a civil engineering / land development document package.

• Horizontal Directional Drilling
• Variety of Civil 3D Plans
• Slope Restoration Plans
• Various municipality and state permit package preparations
• Pipeline Alignment
• Stormwater Best Management Practices
• Erosion and Sediment Control
• Pad Layout / Site Grading / Storm Drainage / Road Alignment

• Zero to three (0-3) years of experience in civil engineering / land development
• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or acceptable equivalent
• Fundamentals in Engineering (EIT) registration preferred
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
