About the Role

• 100% office-based position in our Chantilly headquarters
• Supports the CEO in making informed decisions
• Fast pace - changes in healthcare require that we operate like a startup
• High-impact and high-stress role that requires extreme attention to detail
• Individual has an interest in building their entrepreneurial skill set
• Must live in our Northern Virginia service area. No relocation. Local candidates only.
• No single day will be the same in this position

Preferences

• MBA or B.S. in economics, entrepreneurship, finance, accounting or health informatics
• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, curious and ambitious
• Exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills
• Experience with data analysis and quantitative tools such as Tableau
• Startup experience helpful

Responsibilities:

Data Analytics

• Analyze and summarize industry and financial reports
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
• Competitive analysis on current and new markets
• Perform market research
• Perform basic due diligence on acquisition targets
• Analyze data to inform hypothesis-driven business plans

Business Process Improvement

• Build and develop relationships with all levels to increase efficiency
• Assist with corporate communications internally and externally
• Report on projects to ensure stakeholders are held accountable for timelines
• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through execution
• Trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and executive team
• Coordinate strategic planning meetings with executive staff
• Serve as a trusted liaison among executives to troubleshoot problems

Business Development Analysis

• Assist with business model canvas for entry into new market/services
• Coordinates with the sales team on revenue forecast
• Assist with the research on services development, pricing and marketing plans
• ROI reporting/analysis on sales, marketing and digital investments
• Continually evaluate the pricing structure
