Job Description
We are seeking a Development Associate to assist us in fundraising for our organization. Your primary responsibility is simply to raise funds, but you will do so through a variety of means. You will meet with potential and current donors to solicit new donations and increase current contributions, plan events to attract new donors, and create campaigns to raise more funds for the organization.


Development Associate Duties and Responsibilities


  • Staff donor events
  • Establish contact with potential donors.
  • Solicit increased contributions from current donors.
  • Report on fundraising activities and progress
  • Create fundraising campaigns


Development Associate Requirements And Qualifications


  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
