Job Description

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Data Intake Analyst to join our collegial Arlington, VA based team! This is the perfect opportunity for an entry level computer science graduate who is looking to gain valuable skills and entry into the busy and growing field of eDiscovery!


This is a full-time, onsite position in our Arlington, VA office. The hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00-6:00, with lunch.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITITES:

  • Copy documents and data from electronic media to shared storage locations
  • Interpret special processing instructions from litigation support specialist
  • Log and track paper and electronic media
  • Ensure the accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality and accuracy checks
  • Analyze content of cover letters and electronic media
  • Perform intake for physical media including virus scanning


REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using EnCase, FTK, Robocopy, FastCopy, VeraCrypt, 7-Zip, WinZip, and WinRAR highly preferred
  • Previous experience using copiers and scanners
  • Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision
  • Strong editing, spelling, and grammar skills
  • Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of all materials in the work setting
