What You'll Do


As the Enrollment Specialist, this position is responsible for monthly enrollment functions. These responsibilities include On/Off Exchange enrollment processes, reconciliations, HICS casework, RCNO and RCNI files, and enrollment data and updates in HRP. Furthermore, this position will oversee daily On/Off Exchange enrollment analysis, updates, and change implementation. The Enrollment Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for member enrollment issues, with support from the Enrollment Director.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly organized
  • Professionalism and ability to use diplomacy in working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and make routine decisions


Required Experience/Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent applicable experience in accounting, business administration or health care services
  • Experience in customer service and finance
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment
  • Experience using 10-key calculator
  • Managed care or other insurance experience
