Engineer - Water/Wastewater

GHD is looking for a Engineer in Houston to join our Water/Wastewater in the US Mid-Continent. You will be assisting project engineers and project managers in the planning, design and construction engineering of water, wastewater and infrastructure projects for municipal and private clients.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with CADD drawings and developing facilities layouts
• Gathering and compiling data
• Performing engineering studies and making comparative engineering and economic evaluations
• Conducting field investigations and inspections of construction
• Conducting cost estimates and design calculations

Qualifications:

• 0-2 year’s of experience in a professional setting
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and deadlines
• AutoCAD skills would be a plus
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• Bachelors or advanced degree in civil, chemical, or environmental engineering
• Understanding of Engineering fundamentals
