We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as an Energy Advisor for its residential programs with TVA who will conduct residential energy assessments to identify energy-efficient improvement opportunities, complete recommendations for energy efficiency including insulation and air sealing upgrades and HVAC replacements and maintenance, produce accurate customer energy reports and produce work orders to assign to participating contractors. This is a field-based position in the Middle Tennessee region.

  • Educate customers on TVA efficiency programs and benefits.
  • Conduct home energy evaluations and inspections
  • Encourage homeowner to undertake specific energy savings measures recommended based on the energy evaluation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all homeowners.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • High School diploma or GED required
Compensation Range:
$21.64 / hour
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
