Endoscopy Technician/Technologist Ii – Asc

Responsibilities

To assist in providing care of the endoscopy patient in the Endoscopy suite under the direction of a RN. Assisting, instrument / equipment decontamination and preparation. Maintains accurate high-level disinfection documents as defined by ASC policy.

Department: ASC Business Office Administration

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $44,762 – $55,307 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: High School diploma or GED from an accredited program.

Preferred: Endoscopy experience

Successful completion of an Endoscopy Technician Training program

Experience

Required: 3+ years of experience as an endoscopy technician in an ASC or hospital setting

Preferred: Certified Endoscopy Technician

License(s)

Required: CPR

Preferred: Preferred sterile processing experience.

Special Skills

Required: Basic computer skills, highly organized

Preferred: CSPD

Other

Required: Articulate verbal and accurate written communication skills. Detailed oriented

Preferred: N/A
