Employee Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:
Provide Employee Health Clinic services: evaluation and treatment of employees with work related injuries and illnesses, pre placement, post offer health assessment, infectious disease surveillance, blood borne pathogen exposure evaluation and health promotion.

Job Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree
License/Certification: Current California NP license and furnishing number.
Experience: Minimum one year occupational health experience as a NP.
Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated team building skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and tracking programs. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform multiple job tasks in a rapid paced environment.
Medical Staff Membership: Required in order to practice at this facility

Physical Requirements:
Sit: Up to 6 hours/day
Stand/Walk: Up to 6 hours
Bend/Stoop: Up to 3 hours
Reach: Up to 6 hours
Rep Use of UE/Grasp: Up to 6 hrs
Lift/Push/Pull: 25lbs, over 25# with assistance or equipment
