Job Description

Employee Communication Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a employee communications specialist for one of our clients with 2 or more years of experience for a 2 month contract for a non profit organization in Durham, NC. This role is 100% remote EST. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting content for company intranet and employee emails.
  • Manage HR communications schedule.
  • Researches, writes, and edits a broad range of communications that promote the activities of the organization.
  • Develop effective internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
  • Prepares a variety of promotional and informational materials including articles, bulletins, websites, pamphlets and other related media material.

Qualifications:

  • Creative, innovative and detail- oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects to meet short deadlines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
  • HR background is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree English, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in writing, editing, and publications.

Employment Type: 2 Month Contract

Compensation: $25.00-29.00 per hour
