Job Description
  • Conduct assessment and intervention with affected students
  • Team-oriented, coordinate with principal and teachers
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Build positive relationships with parents and community
  • Participate in community service projects and field trips
  • Proficient with Google Products and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Assist in planning for student academic success
  • Communicate with staff, parents, and students through classroom visits, group discussion, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide individual and group counseling, including crisis intervention
  • Help all students when they have social emotional issue
  • Ability to manage uncooperative behaviors.
  • Help create positive school culture
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
