We currently have an opening for an Electronics/Digital Engineer in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will direct and participate in the design and development of complex engineering projects related to machine development to ensure products provide superior customer value in comparison to the competition in terms of features, performance, durability, and quality with considerations of cost, manufacturing, velocity, and serviceability.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Supports and advises other engineers, managers, marketing personnel, customers, suppliers, and other process partners.
• Communicates technology to customers, team members, suppliers, and other units.
• Designs and promotes new products.
• Evaluates new products and competitive products, perform product maintenance.
• Defines the program, machine configuration, and modularity strategy.
• Keeps up to date on new technologies or develop new technologies.
• Contributes to establishing the product line strategy for the product group.
• Develops and manages the project/program to the plan.

Basic Qualifications:

• Good communication skills.
• Good project management skills.
• 10+ years of progressive, relevant experience in multiple machine system design and/or development associated with this product or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Strong understanding of customers’ needs and product application as well as the competitive products and understanding cost drivers.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Extensive understanding of complex engineering concepts and applications.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Self-starter with strong technical leadership skills.
• Proficient in negotiation, building consensus, and achieving compromise.
• Continuously learning through experience and staying abreast of technology.
• Good spatial and conceptual design skills.
