KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Implement Risk prevention plan & safety requirements.(LOTO,HV/LV manual,instructions,safety during intervention, compliance of work, compliance of equipment under his/her responsibility.

Staff electrical licenses validated

• Existence and evolution of Maintenance Plans (transformers, protective devices, substation visits, thermographic analyzes)
• Monitored power consumption (measurements, network load, power factor)
• Improvement of the skills maintainers (Tutoring, coaching, training documents/supports - one point lesson – manual instructions)
• Maintenance costs reduction and efficiency improvement (Uptime)
• Efficiency of assistance interventions (responses to the demands of operational maintenance on breakdowns and corrective action plan to avoid recurring problems)
• Projects recommendation for site annual plans (Risks analysis, durability plan, Prioritization)
• Adaptation of the equipment in case of evolution of the energy requirement (selectivity, size of the cables, protections)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in Electrical distribution system designing & maintenance is required.
• Experience in high voltage operating devices & safety protocols.
• Exposure in Project management including Planning, Scheduling and budgeting will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering, or any other equivalent qualification.
• Customer focus, Teamwork & Collaboration, Leadership and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala and good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Minimum 4 years’ years of related experience preferably in a manufacturing organization.
