POSITION DESCRIPTION-Electrical Design Engineer

Salary: 100k-120k DOE plus bonus structure

An exceptional opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer exists at! You will conduct research and create projects for transparent heating systems as the electrical design engineer.

Important Responsibilities-Electrical Design Engineer

Define the electrical interface for the airplane windshield heating system in collaboration with the clients.

Make the system design, component design, and design for manufacture requirements for the windshield heating system.

Learn about the many ppg heating system technologies available for AC or DC voltage-based airplanes, and put them to use.

Learn about thermal analysis, comprehend it, and use it to fully defog or totally anti-ice a cockpit window during flight in accordance with FAR 25 Appendix C and Appendix O.

Help the production staff utilize electrical measuring equipment correctly.

Help the product support staff with inquiries about electrical systems including transparencies in use.

Help the qualification test engineers set up the windows' electrical systems so that they can be tested.

It is necessary to interact with customers, sales, product support engineers, program managers, manufacturers, quality assurance teams, and regulatory bodies.

The entire New Product Introduction (NPI) procedure, including Technical Reviews and Management Gate Reviews (including New Program Selection Meeting), will be fully participated in.

Maintain a technical understanding of market trends, governmental guidelines, client demands, and Hp Aerospace Transparency's production process specifications in order to directly offer comments and recommendations.

Experience - External

Qualifications: Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical engineering majors must hold a minimum bachelor's degree in a closely related discipline.

Preferably, you should have 5+ years of aerospace industry experience.

Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

A program like AutoCAD is necessary.

An advantage would be to be familiar with DO-160 Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment.

knowledge of SolidWorks or another 3D modeling program.

knowledge of SolidWorks PDM or a comparable program.

knowledge of Altair Embed/VisSim.
