Education And Employment Director

Community Care Alliance offers an array of Education and Employment opportunities: GED, ESL, ALP, RI Works, ORS. The Director is a leader who inspires staff and clients to perform at their highest levels. Strengthen existing relationships with funders and community partners. Oversee daily operations, including collection of data and reporting to relevant parties. Coordinate education and employment opportunities with CCA's Harbour Youth Center. We are looking for someone who can understand the unique needs of high-risk populations - homeless, with co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health challenges - and develop training and employment opportunities to establish economic security and overall well-being. Must have excellent communication skills - verbally and in writing. Committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts with the goal of eliminating disparities for BIPOC and other marginalized groups.
