Job Description

Your Role:

As a Product Analyst, you will support Product Strategists in delivering client service levels within the marketplace. You will be responsible for storefront health, forecasting, demand planning and replenishment activities for their designated brands with a primary focus on inventory warehoused via Amazon’s FBA program. You will work collaboratively with other members of the inventory team and internal Account Managers to drive client success.


In the first month you will…

-Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team and product.

-Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers.

-Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s business needs and objectives.


Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…

-Assisting sales team in prospect audits and onboarding of new brands and product lines.

-Supporting client product and inventory strategies by ensuring appropriate inventory is maintained to achieve results. Analyzing performance and identifying trends for incremental growth.

-Monitoring inventory levels and making replenishment recommendations to ensure appropriate inventory levels and days-of-inventory targets are maintained within the storefront.

-Analyzing inventory levels and making recommendations to ensure balanced sales-to-stock ratios are maintained.


Execute in Month 3 by...

-Assessing risk from unproductive inventory by identifying and reporting on stale and aged inventory to mitigate risk of incremental selling and storage fees.

-Submitting replenishment recommendations to clients.

-Developing plans with Product Strategist to achieve growth & profitability across all marketplaces.

-Partnering closely with Client Services (360) department and associated vendors to help problem solve performance issues as well as identify opportunities for improvement.

-Identifying seasonal and promotional trends that might impact demand planning and replenishment needs.

-Participating in Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews to recap seasonal performance.


Desired Skills & Experience

-2+ years experience in inventory management, planning, merchandising or related field.

-1+ years experience in an agency environment preferred but not required

-Experience in client facing role and strong presentation and speaking skills with key stakeholders on the client-side

-Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

-Strong retail math and analytical skills

-Demonstrated skillset in data analysis and critical thinking

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred

-Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow

-Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously

-Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

-Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
