Position Description: Echo Tech

The Echo Tech responsibilities include:

• Serves as a member of the Cardiology Team, engaged in the conduct and performance of Cardiac Ultrasound / Doppler diagnostic testing.
• Functions independently with minimal supervision.
• This team member is required to assist the physician and other related healthcare professionals in these technical areas and is responsible for all aspects of clinical support.

Requirements:

Certifications and Licensures:

• RDCS or RCS (Sonography) within 1 year
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Education:

• Required Technical - Echocardiography
• Preferred Associate's - Science

Experience:

• Preferred 1 year Echocardiography experience
