The Key here is Power Automate experience.

THEY HAVE TO HAVE PRODUCTION LEVEL, HANDS ON POWER AUTOMATE WORK EXPEREINCE.

It can't just be in their skills section on their resume, we need to show which projects they have used it on, and what they did with it.

They also need production level experience with SP Online and Azure Cognitive Services.

Manager is looking for a senior .NET developer (7-8 years experience ideally), that also has 1-2 years hands on experience with power platform.

Please gage on hands on ability when talking to candidates for this role,

as there are a lot of candidates out there that say they have experience with power platform when they really dont.

WORKING EXPERIENCE MUST BE IN THE US.

MUST HAVES:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as .net developer

- 1-2 years hands on experience with power platform (power apps, automate, and SP online)

- experience with azure cognitive services

- Design and develop the applications using advanced software technologies

- Utilize OOPS concepts and design patterns to make flexible, reliable, and extendable applications

- Develop Web-based solutions using microsoft technologies like ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, AJAX

- Design and develop class library for domain entities using framework 6.0

- Design cloud solutions for various systems components using microsoft azure

- authenticate techniques using azure AD

- Develop quick small applications using microsoft powerapps, power automate, sharepoint online, and azure cognitive services
