HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SENIOR LEADER/DIVISION PRESIDENT

Our east coast, self-funded client is a growing Human Capital Management company looking for a new leader to move the company to its next step. The CEO seeks an experienced leader who is entrepreneurial in nature and will treat the business as an owner. The Division President will oversee and manage all aspects of the company. He/she will develop, implement, and execute a strategic business plan including achievement of assigned metrics such as those related to financial forecasts and customer satisfaction. This leader should have experience managing a P and L and have a thorough understanding of fiscal management techniques. He/she will oversee sales, operations, IT, HR, and customer support teams.Strong leadership experience required and at least five years of Human Capital Management industry experience required. Bachelor’s degree required/MBA preferred.

Strong compensation package offered including salary, variable compensation based on net operating income plus additional bonuses based on over achievement. This position will lead to a CEO position.
