Division Controller Jobs

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Controller who wants to work for our client, a growing division of a global manufacturer. You will lead and develop staff, improve processes and engage in other projects. Lead the financial close/reporting processes, analysis, mentorship, and participate in the next step of company growth.

The CFO is looking for someone to own all of accounting and automate/streamline processes. This is an opportunity to really make a difference with this mid-market company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prep and review of financials and monthly reporting required, along with forecasting and budget support.
• Performs special analysis to present to Sr Mgmt.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for operational analysis and adjustments.
• Perform monthly cost variance analyses and explanations
• Ensures that the close and reporting processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide guidance to staff
• Work with plant Business Unit Managers to identify areas of needed efficiency

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• BS Accounting, CPA +
• 10+ years accounting experience; Manufacturing industry required
• Strong tech skills including ERP and Excel
