This is an exciting District Sales Manager with a global healthcare client. The company sells leading global healthcare brands into IDNS, hospitals, and physician offices. This person should reside in the Northern California area.
We are seeking a District Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing market share within the designated district. In this role, you will employ your strategic and administrative expertise to effectively manage and coordinate activities that lead to increased sales and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen relationships with customers/clients through effective product education initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to spot and assess market prospects, determine sales potential, and establish and attain annual sales targets.
- Communicate clinical and scientific product benefits adeptly within a sales context, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.
- Drive business growth by proficiently allocating resources and managing budgets.
- Lead tactical and administrative management to strategize, develop, and oversee district-wide activities, ensuring sales and market share expansion.
Qualifications:
- Display a proven track record in delivering training.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales leadership, preferably 5-10 years.
- Showcase robust organizational and planning abilities.
- Exhibit advanced skills in technical product sales, encompassing communication (both written and verbal) and sales conduct.
- Capable of comprehending and implementing field sales directives and management protocols.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Highlight strengths in strategic thinking, decision-making, teamwork, initiative, and driving business outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting your personal approach to cater to the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Possesses a background in hospital sales with a solid grasp of geographical and business dynamics.
