Major duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Maintain communications with ABM Engineering Services headquarters.
- Weekly meetings
- Reports as required
2. Perform liaison communications with facilities management and the on-site engineer in charge.
3. Responsible for on-site staffing.
- Staffing requirements
- Qualifying performance
- Reviews/overtime justification/special requirements
4. Responsible for ensuring all contractual obligations of ABM Engineering Services are maintained.
5. Perform periodic inspections/reports required.

6. Implement facilities operational requirements.

- Executional responsibility
7. Establish, set up and institute formal training program.
