Distribution Business Team Leader Jobs

Identify and communicate customer requirements.

Develop PCP’s and checklists to insure requirements are met.

Bachelor’s degree in food/dairy science, engineering, finance, and/or supply chain.

0-3 years’ experience in manufacturing, distribution, and/or operations.

Proven leadership experience in a team environment.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Functionally work within team to complete shop floor execution daily requirements

5 years related disciplines experience required, 8 years overall with 1 year of leadership experience preferred

Previous forklift experience (counterbalance, stock picker, reach truck) preferred, if none, ability to become certified required

Assure staff remain level loaded throughout the shift, adjusting as needed in areas of assignment

Primary contact point for other functional groups to reduce Specialist distraction

Lead troubleshooting issues as they arise

A minimum of 6 years' experience in Work Management/Data Analytics.

MS Access Database management experience or equivalent (e.g SQL) **Desired:**

Extensive experience and knowledge of the Electric Delivery business

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated leadership ability, communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of SAP DWMS System Notification logic and Work Order logic.
