At JMS Transport, we offer a full line of specialized equipment to competitively service the bulk-liquid industry. We currently maintain and operate a fleet of 40-tractors and over 60-trailers. We are seeking a dependable and efficient Dispatcher to join our team.

PAY

• $50,000 -$70,000/year commensurate with experience

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Independent worker able to adapt to a variable work schedule
• Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience in similar industry
• Able to multitask, think fast, and work well under pressure
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate with both external and internal customers and employees
• Able to work remotely at times and be on-call to handle freight issues
• Understanding of industry and DOT regulations, policies, best practices, procedures, etc.
• Possess excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook), office/data entry and scheduling programs (McLeod, TMW, etc.)
• Able to handle a constant high volume of calls both incoming and outgoing.
