Job Duties:

● Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
● Use and Operate Electric pallet lifters.
● Use and Operate Commercial dishwashers.
● Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
● Prepare and package individual place settings.
● Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
● Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
● Use and Operate Handtrucks.
● Use and Operate Digital handheld thermometers.
● Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
