A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization's business processes and workflows with the aim of finding ways to improve them. They work closely with stakeholders to identify areas where changes can be made and then develop solutions that will help the organization achieve its goals. Some of the key responsibilities of a Business Analyst include defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements, performing quality assurance, defining reporting and alerting requirements¹.

The requirements for a Business Analyst job vary depending on the company and industry. However, most companies require a bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field is also required³.
