• Manage ticketing systems and ensure their smooth functioning and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and leverage partnerships.
• Lead strategic projects for ticketing operations, including system upgrades and customer experience enhancements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of ticketing professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day ticketing operations, pricing optimization, and availability.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
