Job Description

Director of Technology Operations (direct hire/hybrid in Atlanta)

Great opportunity for a Directory of Technology Operations to join a successful, growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) company based in Atlanta.


You will manage all of the company's technology operations and digital platforms (POS, Inventory System, Network, Online Ordering System, Payment Gateway, eCommerce platform, Back Office Applications, 3rd Party Delivery Service Providers, etc.). You will manage a team of 3-5 Internal IT team members as well as external technology partners. You'll collaborate with leadership across company (Marketing, Technology, Product, Security, Operations).


This is a direct hire / hybrid opportunity in Atlanta. We work in the office 2 days/week (Wednesdays and a day of your choice).


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Continuously enhance our tech support and delivery of technology services
  • Collaborate with business/technology leaders to support the planning, integration, delivery, and operations of new technology solutions
  • Oversee the company's technology operations and digital tech stack (tech support, infrastructure, network, hardware, software, systems)
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and franchise owners and seek ways to align technology operations with business goals
  • Manage relationships and negotiate service terms with technology partners and service providers, ensuring all KPIs and service metrics are met
  • Manage POS, infrastructure, and network technology, ensuring reliability/security


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 8+ years of technology management experience
  • Local to Atlanta
  • 2+ years of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) / Fast Casual Restaurant industry experience -- in technology or technology management roles
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience interfacing with LOB leaders and Executives in a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience managing and delivering enterprise technology projects, including eCommerce
