What You Will Learn:

• Manage system configuration in both SAP and MES
• Provide support for Americas Operations in MES, SAP and other local applications
• Test enhancements, bug fixes, and system solutions
• Contribute to the development of local solutions (specifically in system reporting)
• Ability to test, support and replicate system/data related issues
• Learn, deploy, and/or support new tools or solutions that are critical to the business
• Continuous coaching and development of users
• Manage multiple projects as assigned
• Manage change management for end users in terms of training in MES and SAP
• Resolve service requests from users as per SLA based on the critical nature of the request
• Process user management requests
• Develop job aids and procedures

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Education and Experience
• SAP ECC
• SQL
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in IT (supporting information systems preferred)
• Some application development
• Microsoft reporting services
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred, or equivalent experience

• Inventory/manufacturing systems
• Data/report management
