Position: Director of Technology Operations and Delivery

Location: Atlanta, GA (open to relo candidates, but they must comfortable relocating on their expense)

Length: PERM

Salary: $155k - $180k base + up to 12% annual bonus dependent on company performance

Start: ASAP

Qualifications:

Must Haves: *we are not looking for someone extremely technical, we are looking for someone more on the operational side that can handle escalations, vendor management, etc.*

• Excellent consultative, communication, and analytical skills.
• A team player: ability to work effectively through others and interface persuasively with individuals throughout the organization.
• QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization, interacting, influencing, negotiating effectively with all levels of leadership and peers.
• Experience successfully implementing large technology projects preferably in a franchise environment. Experience supporting organizations with a large footprint.
• 8 - 10+ years of technology management experience and demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience with executive level audiences.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Director of Technology Operations & Delivery strategically directs the operations of our cafe technology and digital platforms. This role will oversee cafe technology and digital support teams, ensuring delivery of best-in-class customer experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will work closely with cross functional teams comprised of Product, Technology, Security, Operations, and Marketing leaders to enhance our product and service experience. This leader must have a proven track record of delivering and supporting technology solutions with excellence in the QSR/fast casual industry.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee the operations of the entire cafe and digital technology stack including technology support, infrastructure, network, hardware, and software.
• Lead new cafe opening and transfer team, promotions launch, and menu and configuration updates across POS and digital platforms.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and franchisees, and continuously seek ways to align technology operations with business goals.
• Manage POS, cafe infrastructure and network technology ensuring reliability and security.
• Continuously enhance our technological support and delivery of technology services, delighting our customers, while driving efficiency and profitability.
• Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers, drive accountability and performance, advance partnerships, negotiate mutually beneficial service terms and ensure service levels and performance metrics are met.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to support the planning, integration, delivery, and operations of new technology solutions.
