Job Description

The Director of Supply Chain will have the following responsibilites:

  • Lead supplier relationship management, including selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation, to build and maintain a robust and reliable supplier network.
  • Partners with Global Supply Planning to communicate any service level risks and utilizes the Demand Resource Planning system to generate supply visibility
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and market demands.
  • Drive improvements in key metrics such as inventory, supplier performance, or fill rates.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for global supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.


The Director of Supply Chain will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in one of the following industries required: Med Device, Pharma, Biotech
