Job Goal
Your mission is to lead and oversee all special education services provided by our organization. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of those we serve, both internally among our staff and globally through our educational partnerships.
Performance Responsibilities
Your impact will be far-reaching, as you take on various responsibilities:
Live out our shared values and align your actions with the common goals of our organization, guided by the Board of Trustees.
Demonstrate a Christ-centered lifestyle, ensuring our mission is carried out with compassion and empathy.
Develop and implement annual goals that will drive our organization's progress and success.
Provide valuable direction to our directors, coordinators, and teachers, guiding them in program development and best practices.
Be instrumental in hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating our dedicated staff members.
Stay well-versed in special education public laws at both national and state levels, ensuring compliance and upholding best practices.
Share your knowledge and expertise through impactful presentations, educating classroom teachers and special educators on learning disabilities, best practices, and cutting-edge research.
Extend our support to those in need by responding to inquiries from educational agencies, churches, schools, teachers, and parents seeking assistance with special education concerns.
Forge strong relationships with educational leaders within the and other supportive agencies.
Oversee the gathering, analysis, and reporting of student data, providing valuable insights to our directors and board.
Regularly report data on programs, students served, and presentations to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
Lead and support the resource center staff in their vital roles within our ministry.
Ensure the quality and impact of our publications and presentations by authoring, editing, and approving all special education materials on behalf of.
Take the reins on material ordering, providing guidance on purchases, budgeting, and recommendations for curriculum and resources used in our programs.
Work alongside our Development team to promote ministry-sponsored events and explore potential grants and sponsorships to further our cause.
Embrace personal and professional growth, continuously seeking ways to enhance your expertise and knowledge in the field.
Provide valued counsel to the President/CEO as requested, contributing your insights to our collective vision.
Embrace any other duties assigned by the President/CEO, knowing that every task contributes to our greater purpose.
Terms Of Employment
This is a divine calling that spans twelve months or a contractual agreement. Your salary will be based on our Compensation Schedule – Administrative Level.

Salary: $ 97,500.00 123,000.00 Per Year
