Job Description

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Manager

As we continue to expand our operations globally, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Affairs Director to lead our regulatory efforts and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Position Overview:

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will play a pivotal role in representing Tabseer to regulatory bodies, fostering positive relationships, and enhancing the understanding and implementation of regulations across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in the field of Products Certification and Inspection Activities. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives and drive regulatory compliance at all levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Relationship Management:

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies in the field of Products Certification and Inspection Activities, including certification agencies, authorities, and industry associations.

-Proactively engage with regulators to stay abreast of upcoming regulatory changes and ensure Tabseer remains compliant with evolving standards.

2. Regulatory Compliance Strategy:

-Formulate and execute regulatory strategies that align with Tabseer's business objectives and regulatory requirements in Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

-Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory matters, ensuring compliance is integrated into all business processes.

3. Facilitate Communication:

-Act as the primary point of contact between the regulatory bodies and Tabseer.

-Clarify any ambiguous regulatory points or requirements by engaging with regulators and coordinating with internal teams.

4. Initiatives and Programs:

-Collaborate with regulatory bodies to develop initiatives and programs that enhance the implementation of regulations and improve overall compliance in Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

-Identify opportunities to streamline regulatory processes, reducing compliance-related burdens for the organization.

5. Risk Management:

-Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions in Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

-Stay informed about changes in regulatory landscape and assess their impact on Tabseer's certification and inspection operations.

6. Training and Education:

-Organize training sessions and workshops to educate internal teams on regulatory matters, ensuring a clear understanding of compliance requirements in Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

7. Regulatory Reporting:

-Oversee the preparation and submission of required regulatory reports and documentation related to Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

-Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies, avoiding any potential compliance issues.

8. Advocacy:

-Advocate on behalf of Tabseer to promote a favorable regulatory environment that aligns with the company's values and objectives in Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Master's degree in regulatory affairs or related disciplines is preferred.

-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within Products Certification and Inspection Activities, with 5 years in a leadership role.

-Proven record of accomplishment of building and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies in the certification and inspection industry.

-Thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory laws, guidelines, and industry standards in Products Certification and Inspection Activities.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable compliance strategies.

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills to articulate regulatory requirements and advocate on behalf of Tabseer.

-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

-Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing regulatory environments.

-Good relationship with top level of Saudi Regulators’ Management Team.
