CURRENT NEED


We are looking for an Associate Regulatory Affairs Specialist in our Regulatory Affairs Department for its Controlled Substances Monitoring Program (CSMP).


Summary:


This position will be responsible for several functions related to McKesson’s legal and regulatory obligations for controlled substance distribution. This position will also be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Affairs training program, departmental policies & procedures, and CSMP process management and enhancement efforts. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Regulatory Affairs Operational Support, and will be expected to work cross-functionally with various McKesson departments.


Key Responsibilities:


l Manage and enhance tracking, workflow and reporting tools to support different CSMP requirements


l Manage updates and version control processes for CSMP standard operating procedures


l Coordinate the development, delivery, and memorialization of CSMP training materials


l Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to obtain requested information and analyses


l Support Regulatory Affairs team members with systems and resource access during onboarding/offboarding


l Assist in evaluating and tracking potential system-related issues and projects


l Other duties as assigned


Critical skills:


  • Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
  • Prior SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in team environment
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment/technology
  • A results-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in a compliance or regulatory function preferred
  • Ability to use project management tools, including Smartsheet & SharePoint


Education:


  • This is an entry level professional position and includes both formal and on-the-job training programs
  • Typically, a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience. May have a degree or equivalent


Physical Requirements:


  • Office environment
  • Less than 10% travel as needed

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.


Our Base Pay Range for this position


$64,100 - $106,800
