Job Description

If you are a leader in Purchasing and skilled in the home building industry let's chat! Seeking someone who is eager to be a part of a progressive and innovative home-building and development company with a lot of different product types (towns, paired villas, quad plex, single family up to $4M).


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage budgets and analysis
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Develop and manage trade partner relationships and agreements.
  • Staff Management and Leadership - hiring, training, productivity assessment and improvement
  • Reduce Construction costs
  • Become proficient in the internal management system
  • Process development and improvements


MUST HAVES:

  • Home Building experience
  • Strong experience in Purchasing
  • Strong experience managing and mentoring teams


NICE TO HAVES:

  • Block Construction experience
