Job Summary:

The Director of Product Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions that support the development and delivery of our company's products. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and customer support, to ensure our products meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product operations projects from ideation through launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
• Identify and implement new tools and processes to improve product operations efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and track product operations metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost, and use data to drive continuous improvement
• Manage product operations budgets and resource allocations to maximize efficiency and ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget
• Define and implement the product operations strategy and roadmap in collaboration with product leadership

Qualifications:

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
