E-Commerce
$180,000 - $220,000 + Bonus + LTI
Greater Boston - Hybrid (3 days in office)
THE ROLE– Director of Product Management
In this capacity, you will be responsible for taking charge of all E-Commerce Product offerings and opportunities. Furthermore, you will ultimately build the strategy and own the release of product offerings, working cross-functionally with multiple teams, executive stakeholders, and brand partners.
The Director of Product Management will work to develop a multi-faceted product strategy, aid in owning the digital product roadmap, and manage the full life-cycle for new features. You will also partner closely with the Engineering and Analytics team to deliver high-value products and quality-tracking solutions for the features that are built within the E-Commerce platform.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's preferred.
- Experience in a digital-oriented environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within the E-Commerce domain through a product lens is needed.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, agile environment while working cross-functionally with multiple teams (Analytics, BI, Engineering, etc.).
- Ample experience in product management and launching product lifecycles.
- Deep understanding of the Data & Analytics landscape.
- Experience developing product specifications, writing user stories/requirements, and working with Engineering/Analytics teams alike.
BENEFITS – Director of Product Management
As a Director of Product Management you can expect to earn up to $220,000 basic salary (depending on experience), bonuses (both long-term and short-term), + highly competitive benefits.
