About the role:

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of customer-centric products that meet market needs and drive business growth. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in driving product innovation, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

● Lead the product management function, providing strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to a team of product managers.

● Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs.

● Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify market opportunities and inform product decisions.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.

● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes, and effectively communicate product plans to stakeholders.

● Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

● Drive the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.

● Define and track key product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.

● Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous improvement within the product management function.

● Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Proven track record of at least 10+ years in product management roles, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.

● Strong experience in leading and managing product teams, defining product strategy, and driving product roadmap.

● Deep understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

● Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

● Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.

● Experience working in the fintech or banking industry is highly desirable.

● Experience with agile development methodologies and tools is preferred.

● Product management certifications (e.g., CPM, AIPMM) are a plus.
