Job Description

Position: Director of Patient Access

Location: Ohio, US

Salary: $100K-$130K (depending on experience), plus compensation package


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership to all on/offsite call center employees to support patient access needs
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of call center operations
  • Oversee scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification and authorization
  • Improve NPS and build high-performance culture


Requirements:


  • Open to travel when needed
  • 2+ years call center supervisory experience in a healthcare field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong data-driven reporting skills
  • Detailed oriented, organized and strong decision making skills
