They are responsible for recruiting (and retaining) the best talent and then keeping them happy. And each one of our amazing People members keeps us humble and focused. We’re currently searching for a Director of Learning & Development, who will be the guru of People, processes and programs at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay


The Director of Learning and Development will be the champion of culture and push the needle forward for our team's development, as well as sets them up to attain professional goals.

Qualifications

About you...

  • Passionate about people, workplaces and culture with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience.
  • Experience in a luxury property is a plus
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • An expert in human resources operations and training, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
