DETAILS: Director of Project Management (Intralogistics)

COMPENSATION: $145,000 - $165,000 Base + 12%+ Bonus Potential and Benefits on day 1

We are looking for a Director of Project Management to join our client's growing operation supporting household brands Nationwide. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take charge of ensuring overall project success in terms of deliverables, schedule adherence, and cost management.
• Coordinate all project-related activities, including planning, design, procurement, construction, site assembly, and system commissioning, while maintaining close collaboration with architects, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Implement and oversee major projects within the realm of intralogistics and supply chain management, focusing on either singular or multiple locations of Company Operations
• Managing the day-to-day project development from initiation to completion.
• Drive project management from initial planning stages through execution and final acceptance.
• Rally and motivate proficient project teams, effectively communicating with all stakeholders and adapting priorities to accommodate changes.
• Assess and analyze risks and issues that may impact project outcomes, developing mitigation strategies alongside the project team.
• Create detailed schedules and work packages, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with established plans.

REQUIREMENTS: Director of Project Management (Intralogistics)

• 4+ years of logistics operation management experience in a multinational and matrix organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager in intralogistics and construction projects
