Job Description

Evergreen, Insight Global's Managed Services Division, is looking for a senior level leader to design, build, implement, and manage global expansion infrastructure, to deliver talent and technical services for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Manage relationships with existing global partner network
  • Deliverables
  • Work across organization to research, prioritize and deliver solutions with clear
  • Executive customer relationship management
  • Design, build, and implement an enterprise global services strategy that supports Insight Global staffing and Evergreen services needs
  • Negotiate contracts, service level agreements and pricing
  • Establish governance, risk and compliance standards at scale

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Ability to travel globally to meet with partners and clients
  • Business and technical knowledge to align strategic partnerships with
  • Across multiple international locations
  • 10+ years of experience building and managing global services utilizing offshore models
  • Highly developed stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Evergreen service offerings
  • Experience managing executive level strategic partnerships
  • Proven experience of running and scaling large service delivery teams
  • Experience working with legal advisors to navigate laws and contracts
  • Sense of urgency, vision and passion
