Daytona Beach - Hybrid (3 days a week)

$145,000 to $190,000 with 25% bonus, equity and full benefits package

I am currently working with a well established Construction company in Daytona Beach that are looking for a Director FP&A to join their highly motivated finance and accounting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the finance and accounting team taking responsibility for leading all complex financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated management reporting. The successful candidate will also possess strong managerial background and is a strategic thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on quarter end reporting.
• Work alongside other financial leaders to facilitate the financial close process.
• Performs ad hoc analysis and participates in special projects, as necessary
• Deliver clear visibility to financials, providing solutions to senior leadership.
• Take responsibility for financial modelling of M&A opportunities.
• Oversees the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plan processes for the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with large-scale ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive Accounting / Finance experience.
• CPA strongly preferred.
