Title: Financial planning and Analysis Lead Analyst

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States

Duration: 6+ Months - Possible extension/conversion

Rate: $89 to 93/hr. on W2

Responsibilities:

Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide

insight to senior management

Advise on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business/product decisions

Drive forward looking processes including annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, Quarterly Multi Year Scenario Forecasts (QMMF), and bi-monthly outlooks in partnership with segment, business, and country FP&A teams.

Prepare analytics in support of the Finance Chief Operating Officer Reviews, including business initiatives

Build relationships across the Finance COO teams, the Finance disciplines Planning Coordinators, and the Global Function Finance FP&A Team. Role will interact with Leadership across these teams.

Prepare presentations and analysis for the team supporting the Finance Chief Operating Officer

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

6-10 years of relevant experience

Experience in providing financial analysis for monthly forecast, strategic multi-year forecast and annual operating budgets

Should have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint (presentation desks)

Demonstrated presentation skills

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge with financial systems Oracle, COGNOS TM1/Essbase

Proven relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across the business, executive leadership and key functional support areas.

Highly organized individual who can coordinate multiple deliverables, orchestrate timelines, communication submission instructions, and consolidate multiple requests in a uniform voice.
