The Opportunity

This position works out of our Hollywood, FL location in the Structural Heart Division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.

As the Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (CALA), you’ll manage financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals.

What You’ll Work On

• Manage the most complex, large, or difficult analysis projects, evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
• Establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with the external financial community.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies for a division or operating unit that align with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Essbase a plus.
• BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Documented record of delivering accurate financial information that adds value to management’s decision-making process.
• Seasoned judgment acquired through local organizational experience and achievement in applying state-of-the-art financial/budgeting principles.
• Ability to travel 25-30%, domestic and international.
• Requires highly developed leadership skills/experience sufficient to assume the responsibilities of this management position, including the ability to map task interdependencies, prioritize such tasks, and develop, monitor and live within budgets as well as the demonstrated ability to forecast major milestones.
• A minimum of 7+ years of progressively more responsible financial or budgeting experience in a large, publicly held organization.

• MBA preferred.

The base pay for this position is $102,700.00 – $205,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
