Job Description

Our client is currently searching for a Director of Estimating in the New York City Metro. They are a rapidly growing, family owned manufacturer and installer in the commercial construction space. The ideal candidate will help grow their team, implement strong systems, and lead the bidding process.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the estimating department.
  • Set schedules and manage bidding process
  • Work with internal resources and vendor relationships.
  • Create and implement systems for the team.
  • Work with CMs, owners, architects, engineers, developers, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Strong depth of estimation experience
  • Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Familiarity with software systems (i.e. Bluebeam)
