Job Description

Overview:

Supports and works alongside the Commercial Team to ensure business needs are met. 1+ years wholesale sales experience preferred or strong internship acceptable.

  • Must be able to react quickly and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in merchandising or fashion management desired.
  • Excellent understanding of wholesale business practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support during Paris Selling Exhibitions.
  • Handle Extranet updates and maintenance.
  • Full responsibility for core product sales recap.
  • Prepare Field Reports for seasonal market visits.
  • Selling down of all ATS wholesale stock.
  • Maintain and update CRM customer profiles.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Wholesale
  • Manage and collate incoming core product wholesale orders on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct market research for new client requests.
  • Prepare end of season sales recaps.
  • Responsible for analyzing weekly client sales reports and identifying reorder opportunities.
  • Own seasonal order confirmations.
  • Troubleshoot Collection & Core Product order discrepancies.

Key Deliverables:

  • Maintain fully up to date CRM client list.
  • Selling down and minimizing ATS stock.
  • Management of core product wholesale orders.
  • Management of Extranet.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
